EE Orbit Customer Management Application

Increasing EE’s household product ownership across the UK.

For EE's 5-day "own the home" pitch, I rapidly designed a customer management application. Visualising EE's iconic bubbles to categorise home areas and ownership. I created low and high-fidelity wireframes prototyped in Figma. I worked with the Design Lead to refine the UI with featured  illustrations and interactive carousels highlighting in-store sales opportunities to increase EE's household share. The artefact was presented to leadership.

Challenge

EE aims to expand the overall product and subscription services they provide to 100% for each household in the UK. To achieve this, they needed a way to visualise their customer household ownership data for in-store sales advisors.

What I did

  • Directed an easy-to-use, scalable dashboard experience.
  • Visualised the extent of EE's product and subscription ownership within a household.
  • Made an interactive product and/or subscription recommendations based on household data.
