Range Rover Future Digital Experience

Elevating Range Rover's future facing digital experience.

I worked as part of a team to create ten "halo journeys." These future experiences were designed to serve as the business’s North Star for its digital transformation. The journeys covered key moments such as ordering a vehicle, tailored event experiences, and a renewed loyalty offering. These journeys have since become the guiding vision for the brand’s design and customer experience strategy.

Challenge

The customer experience team identified 10 key areas of Range Rover’s purchase funnel that could drive customer growth and retention. To bring this vision to life, they needed to see how these experiences would look and feel.

What I did

  • Worked alongside Customer Experience and UX/UI Design teams both in-house and at agencies.
  • Designed ten modern luxury digital experiences showcasing how Range Rover interacts with its clients.
  • Produced a high-quality motion graphic asset to inspire support for future brand innovation.
